Ronald McDonald House Charities began 35 years ago in Philadelphia with the mission to help the families of children in a medical crisis. Today it has grown to have chapters in 52 countries and regions with 287 houses.
RMHC of Tri-State was founded in 1992. Our mission is to create, find and support programs that directlly improve the health and well-being of children in Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. Our goal is to enrich the lives of all children.
