RMHC of TriState has awarded over $2.5 million since the chapter began in 1993. The financial support is given to children's projects in the Tri-State area that promote education, health and well-being and the cultural arts. There were 106 grants awarded last year. In 1993, RMHC of Tri-State awarded just 2 grants. Now in 2012, the chapter gave over 100 grants in one year for the first time.

In addition to grant work, the chapter supports special programs at area Ronald McDonald Houses in St. Louis, MO, Louisville, KY, and Evansville, IN. A Family Room in St. Francis Hospital, Cape Girardeau, MO, is furnished and maintained by donations from the Chapter as well. Last year alone, the chapter raised over $250,000 that impacted over 80,000 kids.
